The groundbreaking ceremony for Tuttle's new City Hall, with a public storm shelter, will be on Tuesday, August 30th, 2011 at 7:00 pm.  The location of the new City Hall will be 221 W Main St, across the street from the current City Hall building at NW 3rd st and W Main st.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
